Our process requires expert methods and careful handiwork. Our teams have developed a tested technique that works every time, and we’ll walk you through the entire process. In terms of timeline, shipping may take 3-5 business days and special orders a bit more, so please plan accordingly. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to consult with us.
Shipping and Returns
All purchases are shipped between 3-8 business days and are shipped via one of the major carriers including UPS, FedEx and USPS for orders placed on DelightfulCollections.com. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. The shipping provider you choose determines the shipping delivery date and the shipping rates. All special orders, personalized gifts, handcrafted gifts make take 2-6 weeks to ship. We will always keep our customers updated via email with current order and shipping information.
All shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Shipping costs are based on your total order amount using the regular price of merchandise. Based on current supply, orders are shipped out during the business days of Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will ship out the next business day, excluding holidays.
Orders are shipped on standard ground transportation, which may take 5-8 business days; to expedite your orders, you may select the express delivery option, which may take 2-3 business days. USPS Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment to multiple recipients’ addresses is available at the Shopping Cart. Alternatively, you could send us a quick email contact on details of the different recipients’ addresses. Each order you place is only available to ship to one recipient at a time and the associated shipping costs apply to each order. You can add gift wrapping options. Please verify that all the addresses you provide us are complete and accurate.
It’s our goal is to make your purchase experience, totally Delightful! If you are not satisfied with a gift due to defects or damages, DelightfulCollections would exchange or replace the item with another gift selection or for refund the card payment used for the purchase.
Please read the entirety of our Return Policy here. Note that all personalized gifts or customized gifts cannot be returned. No personal care items, such as Towels, Skin Care, Soap/Spa Collections, Cosmetics, Manicure or Pedicure Kits, Sponges, Nail Files, Body Scrubs or Brushes, and Shaving Gift Set can be returned. Please note, all customized gifts cannot be returned. Personal care items, such as Skin Care, Soap/Spa Collections including Towels, Manicure or Pedicure Kits, Sponges, Nail Files, Body Scrubs or Brushes, Cosmetics, Brushes, and Shaving Gift Set cannot be returned once the packages are opened. Returns must be made within 20 days of initial purchase. Neither the cost of the gift box nor the shipping cost nor the handling fees nor returns shipping cost are refundable. We maintain the rights to update our terms and conditions periodically.
Please report all broken or defective gifts within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email title “Damage/Defective Item” to email@example.com. There is a 12% restocking fee on returns and all art pieces and handmade gifts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
